Manx Financial Group, our parent company, are seeking an experienced INED to join the Board of the AIM-listed multi-jurisdictional financial services group. As well as being a board member, the successful candidate will lead the Group’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant
• Financial services experience
• Strong governance and
  risk credentials
• Ethical, independent, and commercially astute
