Minimum to Maximum Deposit: Your account can be opened with a deposit ranging from £5,000 to £100,000.
Term Flexibility: Choose a term that suits your financial goals, ranging from 6 months to 3 years.
Interest Flexibility: Opt for monthly or annual interest payments to your nominated account. If term is less than a year, interest will be paid on maturity instead of annually.
Sole Accounts Only: We welcome applications for sole account holders to maintain the simplicity and security of your savings.
Maturity Withdrawals: To safeguard your financial growth, withdrawals are restricted until the account reaches maturity.
Proactive Communication: Expect a notification from us at least 28 days before your account matures, outlining your options and seeking your directions for the future of your account upon maturity.
How to Apply: I am a New Customer
To open a Fixed Term Deposit Account you need to meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be a permanent UK resident (excludes the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)
- You must be resident for tax purposes only in the UK, excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man
- You must have a valid UK mobile phone number as this will be used to send verification codes by text message
- You must hold a UK current account
- Your UK Current Account details
- Your National Insurance Number
- Your Tax Identification Number
- Your Passport or Driving Licence
- You meet the requirements set out in the ‘Are you eligible?’
- You have the documents and reference numbers to 'Apply Now'
- You have reviewed the product information, read and understood the important documents
