Your role includes:

  • Customer Engagement - Contact customers through various channels to manage arrears and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Data Management - Gather, verify, and update client information to maintain accurate records.
  • Asset Protection - Follow asset recovery procedures and coordinate with external agents to safeguard stakeholder assets.
  • Excellence in Service - Provide excellent customer service, adhering to policies for forbearance and supporting vulnerable customers.
  • Compliance and Reporting - Ensure adherence to company policies, including Data Protection and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, while compiling and analysing data to report on delinquent accounts.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience - Background in collections or customer service, ideally within financial services.
  • Skills - Strong IT, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
  • Education - Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.
  • Attributes - Compassionate, proactive, and a team player with excellent negotiation skills.
